Well let's start our day perfectly today!
We decided to change our routine and give a try to this amazing toast with greek yogurt and sweet figs. Nothing better than a different morning and another alternative to our peanut butter or our usual avocado toast.
We discover to be surprisingly good and fresh!
These figs on toast with greek yogurt are super simple and quick to make. The recipe is veggie friendly and very, very delicious! Ready in less than 10 minutes and fabulous for a mouth-watering breakfast, brunch or even just for a snack.
FIG, GREEK YOGURT & BROWN BREAD
Recipe type: Breakfast, Brunch, Snack Serves: 2 - 4 person
INGREDIENTS 4 slices crusty whole grain brown bread
170g greek yogurt (0% fat)
4-5 large figs, sliced
Honey to taste
INSTRUCTIONS Slice the bread, and lightly toast it, either in a toaster or in the oven.
Spread each slice of bread with greek yogurt.
Wash the figs, and remove the stems if they are attached. Slice thinly, and spread across the toasted bread and drizzle with honey.
